What you will do

• Manage payroll processing for employees across the Asia-Pacific region, specifically Southeast Asia.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of periodic payroll reports and data consolidation.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists to ensure compliance.
• Oversee and monitor superannuation and tax processes.
• Prepare month-end reports for accounting and auditing purposes.
• Handle ad hoc reporting and special projects as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Must be willing to work onsite at Vertis North, Quezon City.
• Availability to work early morning and night shift schedules as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Forms.
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills with a focus on data integrity.

Nice to have

• Experience with Southeast Asia payroll administration.
• Working knowledge of Dayforce.
