What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries and employment-related questions.
• Manage HR administration including employment contracts, supplemental agreements, and employee data in Oracle.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a high-quality employee experience.
• Maintain office facilities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Organize internal employee events and drive engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in German and English (verbal and written) is required.
• Initial experience in HR or a comparable role, including internships or apprenticeships.
• Working knowledge of current German employment law.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
• Experience with office management and health & safety practices is preferred.
