What you will do

• Manage overall payroll activity for Hungary, including input collection, review, and monthly payroll checks.
• Handle legal deductions, notifications, and vacation reconciliation between HR systems and Nexon.
• Produce accurate reports and conduct audits while ensuring strict adherence to data protection policies.
• Manage the exit process and mid-month payments in compliance with legal requirements.
• Provide HR support for other European countries and facilitate the transition of payrolls to the Hungarian HUB.
• Resolve HR ticketing requests related to salary, payments, and references within defined SLAs.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Hungarian languages.
• In-depth knowledge of Hungarian Labour Law, Tax, and Social Security Regulations.
• Proficiency in core HR systems (SAP) and expert-level Excel skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential information.
• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary to support a hybrid working model.

Nice to have

• Conversational proficiency in other European languages.
• Experience with specialized payroll software.
