What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with banks and payment gateways.
• Prioritize partnership opportunities based on revenue potential, market trends, and alignment with company objectives.
• Negotiate commercial and contract terms while ensuring ongoing partner satisfaction and performance.
• Lead and coordinate complex projects from kick-off to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product design, legal, risk, and operations for seamless execution.
• Create sales materials and marketing collateral to support channel sales efforts and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in business development or related fields.
• Strong understanding of the payment industry, including products and services.
• Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent persuasive negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required.
• Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
