What you will do

• Lead the EMEA month-end close cycle, providing high-quality variance analysis and P&L performance reporting.
• Drive the EMEA Data/BI FP&A transformation agenda, including PowerBI dashboard development and Snowflake data modelling.
• Champion process simplification by leveraging AI tools and analytics to reduce manual effort.
• Own FP&A master data maintenance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all financial reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact between EMEA Finance and Global BI & IT teams for tool alignment and global innovations.
• Provide line management and mentorship to one qualified Senior Analyst.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an FP&A role within a global organization.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Expert-level Excel skills and advanced financial modelling capability.
• Deep hands-on expertise in PowerBI and Snowflake for dashboard development and self-service BI.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
