What you will do

• Lead the consolidated annual budgeting process and monthly reforecasts across the Group.
• Build and maintain synergy models to track cost savings and efficiency gains post-integration.
• Analyze individual agency performance against budgets and develop KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Develop and maintain robust rolling cashflow forecasts at both Group and agency levels.
• Prepare board reporting packs and financial materials to support future fundraising activity.
• Drive automation of reporting and forecasting processes using AI tools and Google Sheets.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent).
• Strong post-qualification FP&A experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Fluency in English and a higher degree education.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
• Must be based in London, UK.

• Experience in multi-entity, consolidated, or acquisitive environments.
• Background in startup, scale-up, private equity, or VC-backed businesses.
• Exposure to board reporting and investor materials.
• Experience with dedicated FP&A planning tools.
