What you will do

• Define the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the API-as-a-product program and IAM product functionalities.
• Establish a consistent API governance framework for internal domain, cross-NSEC internal, and external APIs.
• Prioritize roadmap items using evidence-based decisions and AI-powered estimation tools.
• Design and implement self-serve IAM and RBAC setups for APIs, AI agents, and customers.
• Define and track key product outcomes using KPIs and real-time performance dashboards.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships to ensure platform investments unlock measurable business value.

Requirements

• Experience owning and delivering a platform or infrastructure product end-to-end, specifically in API management, developer tooling, or IAM.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including RBAC, OAuth, SSO, and audit logging.
• Ability to make autonomous, data-informed product decisions and communicate them to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience creating and maintaining product roadmaps tied to strategy and outcomes.
• Experience managing senior commercial partners and complex stakeholder relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience working in energy, utility tech, SaaS, or platform-based product environments.
• Familiarity with API management tooling, experimentation platforms, and AI productivity tools.
