What you will do
- Drive new business growth and strategic account expansion across Saudi Arabia.
- Develop and execute account strategies for large enterprise and government accounts.
- Build executive relationships across business, operations, HSE, risk, digital transformation, and IT stakeholders.
- Lead complex consultative sales cycles involving legal, procurement, security, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with partners, system integrators, and cloud ecosystem players to generate opportunities.
- Maintain forecast accuracy and CRM discipline across all opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales within Saudi Arabia or GCC.
- Strong network and experience within oil & gas, utilities, industrial, or government sectors.
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and close complex enterprise deals.
- Experience managing long consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Arabic and English fluency strongly preferred.
- Ability to attend in-person interviews at a office.
Nice to have
- Experience with EHS, ORM, ESG, ERP, industrial software, or operational transformation solutions.
