What you will do

  • Own enterprise revenue targets and drive meaningful ARR growth.
  • Develop strategic account plans, mapping influence, risk, timing, and internal politics.
  • Manage full sales cycles end-to-end: discovery, demo, business case development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Lead value-based conversations with C-level stakeholders (CEO, CMO, CIO, CX leaders).
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes such as cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Partner with Solutions, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or technology sales with a consistent track record of hitting quotas.
  • Experience selling into large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • Strong commercial acumen regarding margins, contract structures, and negotiation dynamics.
  • Proven ability to simplify AI and analytics into clear business value for executives.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Nice to have

  • Experience in analytics, CX platforms, social listening, or AI-based solutions.
  • A strong professional network within Saudi enterprise organizations.
