What you will do

• Design, implement, and administer enterprise virtualization platforms using VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Manage Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) and traditional SAN-based architectures.
• Ensure environment availability, performance, and reliability through proactive monitoring and capacity planning.
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, patching, and hybrid cloud integrations.
• Optimize enterprise storage, SAN, backup, and disaster recovery solutions (vSphere, vSAN, SCVMM).
• Drive infrastructure automation by developing scripts in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in VMware virtualization (ESXi, vCenter) and VMware vSAN.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM).
• Solid knowledge of virtual networking, including vSwitches, Distributed Switches, and VLANs.
• Practical experience with SAN and storage protocols (iSCSI, Fibre Channel, FCoE).
• Proficiency in automation using PowerShell, PowerCLI, Python, or Bash.
• English level: B1+ required
