Salary: €2,525 – €4,075 per month (gross)

What you will do

• Administer VMware ESXi, vSphere, and vCenter infrastructure.
• Provision and maintain virtual machines, including templates, access management, and lifecycle operations.
• Configure basic virtual networking components and collaborate with network engineers on VLANs and routing.
• Ensure system stability, perform troubleshooting, and maintain technical documentation.
• Support VMware-to-Proxmox migration initiatives through assessments and planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering VMware ESXi/vSphere/vCenter.
• Experience provisioning virtual machines for engineering or project environments.
• Basic L2/L3 networking knowledge for configuration within virtualization scope.
• Experience working in OT (Operational Technology) or Industrial IT environments.
• English: Intermediate+ (B1+) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerShell / PowerCLI.
• Experience performing VMware upgrades and migrations.
• Hands-on experience with Proxmox.
