Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Barcelona, Spain; minimum 2 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Develop data-driven strategies to influence product roadmaps, features, and monetization for top games.
• Analyze player behavior and economy trends in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Design A/B tests and build predictive models (churn, LTV, segmentation) to forecast outcomes.
• Mentor junior analysts and communicate insights to senior leadership through dashboards and storytelling.
• Collaborate on improving data pipelines and tools while promoting data literacy.

Requirements

• Experience in analytics or data science roles, preferably within gaming or mobile apps.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis.
• Solid experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and applied statistics.
• Proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• English: Proficiency required (application must be submitted in English)

Nice to have

• Experience with Bayesian methods.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading other analysts.
