Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Develop data-driven strategies to influence product roadmaps, features, and monetization.
• Analyze player behavior, economy trends, and product performance in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Design A/B tests and build predictive models for churn, LTV, and segmentation.
• Mentor analysts and present insights to senior leadership through compelling storytelling.
• Collaborate on improving data tools and pipelines while promoting data literacy.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the Barcelona office at least 2 days per week.
• Strong experience in analytics or data science within gaming, mobile apps, or digital products.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration.
• Solid background in A/B testing, causal inference, and applied statistics.
• Demonstrated experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Excellent communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bayesian methods.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading other analysts.
