What you will do

• Lead the development of responsive, precise, and scalable self-serve insight products.
• Oversee the end-to-end data product lifecycle, from tracking plans to ELT pipelines and data modeling.
• Ensure consistent metric reporting and high data quality across all data products.
• Utilize and optimize a modern data stack including BigQuery, dbt, and Looker.
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate closely with product teams to enhance operational success.
• Mentor team members and drive the adoption of engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics or engineering roles.
• Deep expertise with modern data stack tools such as BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt, Looker, and Airflow.
• Exceptional SQL skills and strong understanding of data modeling principles like Kimball methodology.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into advanced analytics solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona on a hybrid basis.
