What you will do

• Analyze large, complex data sets to extract actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and implement analytical frameworks for specific game verticals.
• Own end-to-end analytical projects from feature inception to A/B test design and final presentation.
• Work cross-functionally to translate data insights into impactful business outcomes.
• Optimize game economies and refine product roadmaps to maximize player engagement.
• Communicate complex findings to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a Business Intelligence role.
• Solid proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets (BigQuery).
• Experience with visualization tools such as Looker (preferred), Qlikview, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills for communicating complex results.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Barcelona or Seville, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience in the gaming industry.
• Proficiency with Python or R.
