What you will do

• Create and manage in-product content for B2B and B2C segments.
• Develop copy that aligns business goals with user needs.
• Collaborate with Design, Research, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to solve customer challenges.
• Refine existing wording and write product tours to communicate UI updates.
• Contribute to the style guide, product glossary, and other UX assets.
• Test features before launch and optimize internal content processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX writing or Content Design.
• Portfolio demonstrating a structured approach to crafting content and its impact.
• Proficiency in Figma, Youtrack, Confluence, and usability testing tools.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation.
• Ability to adapt tone and style between specialist B2B tools and consumer-facing experiences.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles.
