💥 Tango is hiring a NOC Engineer

💡 What you'll do:
• Serve as the first line of defense for production incidents, assessing severity and impact.
• Utilize monitoring tools to detect anomalies and prevent outages.
• Diagnose and mitigate production issues by diving deep into code, databases, and logs.
• Communicate effectively to escalate incidents and ensure rapid resolutions.
• Maintain and enhance our Runbook library and NOC knowledge base.
• Analyze system reliability and implement improvements.
• Lead incident management processes and execute operational requests.

🎯 What we expect:
• 3+ years in application monitoring or production support.
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Ability to manage time and multitask effectively under pressure.

⭐ Nice to have:
• Production support experience in public cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• 1+ years of Linux administration experience or eagerness to learn.
• Interest in automation and reliability improvement.
