What you will do

  • Improve user funnels across all key acquisition journeys, including landing pages, payment pages, app conversion, and social media.
  • Analyze user behaviors using GA4, Power BI, and Looker Studio to optimize acquisition paths.
  • Identify new growth opportunities by tracking competitors and analyzing the full customer lifecycle.
  • Develop content roadmaps for organic channels, including search engines, AI platforms, and social media.
  • Own and operate the marketing experimentation toolset to run A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), or SEO, ideally in B2C or subscription environments.
  • Proven track record of reducing friction in onboarding flows and full-funnel optimization.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA4, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation stacks like Optimizely, VWO, or Unbounce.
  • Expertise in SEO and AI SEO (GEO) using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
  • Must be based in Leeds or London, UK
