What you will do

• Define overarching marketing plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Develop and execute full-funnel, outbound omnichannel campaigns to drive lead generation and brand impact.
• Manage prospect segmentation and optimize the marketing contribution to the sales pipeline in collaboration with sales teams.
• Lead the production of campaign assets and oversee the creative process across digital, print, and social formats.
• Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and paid advertising performance optimization.
• Partner with data and Salesforce teams to improve targeting precision and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar senior role within B2B marketing.
• Proven track record in leading B2B marketing that delivers measurable business impact and growth.
• Competence in CRM tools (Salesforce), Marketing Automation, SEO, and paid/social media.
• Deep understanding of lead generation, lead warming, and nurturing techniques.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build GTM relationships across the organization.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid office environment in Swindon or London, UK.
