What you will do

• Build and ship MVPs of growth experiments using no-code tools like Lovable, Bubble, or Zapier.
• Prototype and launch AI-powered workflows for better personalization and targeting across marketing channels.
• Automate repetitive marketing tasks, including campaign QA, performance reporting, and lead enrichment.
• Integrate growth infrastructure using APIs, webhooks, and LLMs to ensure scalability.
• Act as an internal multiplier by sharing tools, playbooks, and AI agents with GTM teams.
• Collaborate with design, Product, and Data teams to test and refine new growth levers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS growth marketing experience.
• Proven experience working with AI, APIs, and automation tools.
• Fluency in tools such as Zapier, Make, GPT-4, Retool, Python, Javascript, or SQL.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Demand Generation teams.
• Must be located in the London area / UK for hybrid work.
