What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team to execute breakthrough earned-first PR and creator activations.
• Conceptualize and manage large-scale events, including workshops, mailers, and seasonal parties.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, guiding them on media and creator strategies.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling narratives and assets.
• Monitor campaign performance using data to optimize results and demonstrate ROI.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, technology, and creator marketing to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in consumer PR and earned creator strategies for major brands.
• Proven track record in organizing and executing diverse events and experiential activations.
• Demonstrable expertise in talent management, including negotiation and contracting.
• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
• Must be based in London or able to work from the London office.
