Regional Digital & Data Hub Manager

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom; hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office or on client site. The role involves regular travel across UK hubs. Applicants may need to meet UK security clearance and residency requirements, including British citizenship or 5 years of continuous UK residency for applicable roles.

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day effectiveness and community experience of Digital & Data hubs across the UK.
• Own communications and engagement strategies, creating effective two-way feedback between hub communities and senior leaders.
• Build inclusive communities through onboarding, knowledge-sharing and collaboration initiatives.
• Plan and deliver meetups, tech talks, open evenings and other external events to support talent attraction and brand visibility.
• Represent PA at industry events and contribute hub stories and insights to employer-brand and digital-marketing activity.
• Support local apprenticeship administration in Manchester and develop scalable processes for future hub rollouts.

Requirements

• Experience in communications, engagement, community or hub management within a digital, data, technology or consulting environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and confidence working with senior and cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering internal and external events and engagement initiatives.
• Ability to work across multiple locations and travel regularly.
• Eligibility for applicable UK security clearance may require British citizenship or at least 5 years of continuous UK residency.
