What you will do

• Maintain and optimize critical high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Conduct tests and measurements to control critical dimensions and defectivity.
• Implement equipment modifications to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Scale manufacturing capacity and transfer technology to global sites.
• Lead equipment installation, conversion, and qualification during factory ramps.
• Develop systems to prevent excursions and detect material or equipment discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a specialized field.
• 3-4+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Expertise in process characterization and equipment troubleshooting.
• Commitment to an initial 1-year contract term.
• Must be able to work on-site in Penang, Malaysia.
