What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of module and manufacturing operations engineers to establish technical skills and leadership.
- Facilitate the transfer of new technology to the factory and ensure robust, sustainable manufacturing solutions.
- Drive daily operations, process engineering prioritization, and yield improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the installation and qualification of early tool sets and ramp production tools during factory ramps.
- Develop long-term strategies for module engineering capabilities to meet future requirements.
- Ensure team accountability and performance management to meet safety, quality, and cost goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical, or related engineering field.
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically in assembly manufacturing.
- Proven experience in team or technical leadership roles.
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to provide hands-on coaching and problem-solving guidance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Must be able to work onsite in Penang, Malaysia.

- Master’s degree (MBA or relevant technical field).
