What you will do

• Manage effective daily store operations in accordance with the company's overall sales strategy.
• Drive store profitability by achieving sales and performance targets.
• Lead, motivate, and inspire employees to deliver high-quality qualitative and quantitative results.
• Ensure full compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Initiate and implement improvements to enhance overall store operations and performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community to resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of working experience in a sales position.
• Excellent written and verbal command of Greek and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proven ability in problem identification, handling, and resolution.
• Experience in monitoring and reporting sales performance results.
