What you will do

• Design and develop high-speed mixed-signal and analog circuits for data communication applications.
• Support design decisions across system, architecture, and circuit levels.
• Collaborate with a team of 18 experienced IC designers on world-class products.
• Communicate design concepts and specifications clearly to peers and system designers.
• Perform lab measurements, characterization, and analog test/debug.
• Work with advanced IC nodes (16/7/5/3nm) and layout techniques.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bunnik, The Netherlands.
• Professional experience: MsC + 6 years or PhD + 3 years in IC design.
• Strong expertise in high-speed ADC/DAC design at architectural and circuit levels.
• Experience with high-speed data communication applications such as SerDes, Ethernet, or Coherent Optical.
• Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso design environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural team-player mindset.
