Senior End User Business Development Manager (Access Control)

Location: Shanghai, China. Travel required: 61–100%. Applicants must be legally authorized to reside and work in China; international relocation and remote work outside China are not considered.

What you will do

• Study value chains and key players in selected industry verticals across mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
• Identify, qualify, pursue, and deliver strategic end-user sales and project opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with end users, distributors, system integrators, OEMs, mobile technology partners, and strategic partners.
• Coordinate with sales, channel partners, technical resources, product marketing, and project teams to support account development and technology adoption.
• Conduct end-user presentations, seminars, conferences, briefings, and industry events.
• Maintain account databases, product knowledge, and monthly activity reports in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of related business management experience at a global or regional level.
• At least 5 years of experience in access control or building automation.
• Mandatory project experience in transportation, finance or banking, commercial buildings, or high-end manufacturing.
• Strong communication, analytical, financial, and account management skills.
• Effective written and verbal English communication and legal authorization to work in China are required.
