What you will do

• Implement Client Development Plans and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and competitors.
• Develop client and pursuit strategies, leading the proposal development process.
• Meet new business and earnings financial goals through strategic business development.
• Manage contracts, legal issues, and mitigate project risks.
• Supervise and mentor project team members to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
• 15+ years of professional experience managing multi-disciplinary teams for water and wastewater utility projects.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation, budget management, and managing accounts receivables.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screens.
• No Visa Sponsorship available.
