What you will do

• Lead the Water business for state and local government clients in Northern California.
• Develop client and pursuit strategies to meet new business and earnings goals.
• Manage contracts, legal issues, and project risks.
• Lead proposal development and make Go/No Go decisions.
• Supervise and mentor project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams for water/wastewater projects.
• Experience in consulting, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation.
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screens.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software.
