What you will do

• Manage all aspects of small to medium projects, including risk to cost, schedule, and quality.
• Be responsible for the day-to-day successful execution of contracted engineering, procurement, and construction scope.
• Provide for the successful staffing of the project.
• Manage and lead medium teams of multi-discipline professionals.
• Coordinate and integrate the activities associated with the engineering, procurement, construction, and startup elements of the project team.
• Lead team efforts for marketing, strategy development, prospect identification, proposal development, client presentations, project budgeting and contracting for successful opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 15 + years of active water/wastewater experience with demonstrated leadership experience in the Kansas City market.
• Professional Engineering License; Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline.
• Understanding of budgets and financial metrics.
• Contract negotiation skill including knowledge of terms, risks, pricing and payment terms.
