What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development of major technical features for the Digital Emergency System, from concept to delivery.
• Translate product vision into detailed work packages, user stories, and technical deliverables using Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate development activities across embedded systems engineers, cloud architects, and front-end developers.
• Manage technical relationships and delivery with international suppliers and partners, particularly in Asia.
• Coordinate comprehensive testing across embedded hardware, cloud services, and user interfaces to ensure safety standards.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical product ownership, feature ownership, or technical project management.
• Technical expertise across embedded software, Azure cloud architecture, and front-end applications.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience collaborating with international suppliers and partners, especially in Asia.
• Experience with safety-critical, highly reliable systems where quality and robustness are paramount.
• Strong technical communication skills to seamlessly translate between business needs and technical requirements.
