What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end development of major technical features for the Digital Emergency System, from concept to delivery.
- Translate product vision into detailed work packages, user stories, and technical deliverables using Azure DevOps.
- Coordinate development activities across embedded systems engineers, cloud architects, and front-end developers.
- Manage technical relationships and delivery with international suppliers and partners, particularly in Asia.
- Coordinate comprehensive testing across embedded hardware, cloud services, and user interfaces to ensure safety standards.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical product ownership, feature ownership, or technical project management.
- Technical expertise across embedded software, Azure cloud architecture, and front-end applications.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
- Proven experience collaborating with international suppliers and partners, especially in Asia.
- Experience with safety-critical, highly reliable systems where quality and robustness are paramount.
- Strong technical communication skills to seamlessly translate between business needs and technical requirements.
