TL;DR

Service Owner (IoT/Connectivity): End-to-end responsibility for services in Digital Operations, managing service portfolio, lifecycle, SLAs, and strategy with an accent on resource effectiveness, supplier contracts, and compliance. Focus on service roadmap development, performance measurement, continuous improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Product Management, and Delivery teams.

Location: Sant Joan Despí, Spain. Flexible working hours with remote option (M-Th 8:30–17:30, Fri 8:30–15:30). Easily accessible by public transport.

What you will do

  • Manage service portfolio, strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle from design to maintenance.
  • Define and maintain SLAs, shadow P/L, and ensure cost/resource effectiveness.
  • Decide on software releases, collaborate with suppliers, and drive performance improvements.
  • Act as interface between Product Management, R&D, Operations, and Delivery teams.
  • Forecast capacity, standardize solutions, and provide strategic input to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance, follow processes, and handle day-to-day improvements.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years in Service Lifecycle/Portfolio/Product Management, preferably as service/portfolio owner.
  • Experience in IT, Cloud, Security systems, IoT, Telecom, or Payments.
  • Experience in R&D, IT, or engineering.
  • Deep understanding of ecosystems, software/services, and portfolios.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, reporting, and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working across cultures.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certification.
