hirify.global is a global logistics platform (part of DoorDash) providing delivery services for restaurants and retail across 30+ countries.

What you will do

  • Identify, prospect, and close new corporate customers across Sweden.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities using Pipedrive and a consultative sales approach.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for hirify.global for Work in the Swedish market.
  • Establish strategic partnerships and grow existing enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams to refine the market proposition.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client representatives to solve service-related issues.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within enterprise or mid-market segments.
  • Proven track record of managing long-cycle deals and consultative selling.
  • Business level proficiency in both English and Swedish.
  • Experience with CRM tools, specifically Pipedrive.
  • Strong analytical skills for translating data into KPIs and pricing models.
  • Ability to close partnerships with stakeholders ranging from small business owners to C-level executives.
