What you will do
- Identify, prospect, and close new corporate customers across Sweden.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities using Pipedrive and a consultative sales approach.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for for Work in the Swedish market.
- Establish strategic partnerships and grow existing enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams to refine the market proposition.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client representatives to solve service-related issues.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within enterprise or mid-market segments.
- Proven track record of managing long-cycle deals and consultative selling.
- Business level proficiency in both English and Swedish.
- Experience with CRM tools, specifically Pipedrive.
- Strong analytical skills for translating data into KPIs and pricing models.
- Ability to close partnerships with stakeholders ranging from small business owners to C-level executives.
