What you will do

• Promote and sell financial products to generate and nurture client pipelines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels.
• Respond professionally to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Work towards and exceed specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
• Continuously expand knowledge of financial markets, the FX industry, and trading platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in the Forex industry.
• Strong sales skills with comfort in making high-volume outbound calls.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt approaches for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Asian languages (Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Indonesian, or Filipino) is highly preferred.
