TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, based in Singapore. Must be eligible to work in Singapore without restrictions.

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the Mid-Enterprise segment.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from qualification and demo to closing for new logo acquisitions.
  • Develop and execute long-term pipeline strategies to ensure sustained growth in the territory.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to optimize efforts for upmarket clients.
  • Transform sales workflows by implementing AI-driven systems and smarter ways of working.
  • Provide guidance and support to new Account Executives within the team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of total sales experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS or Martech sales specifically in new logo acquisition roles.
  • Proven track record of closing complex Mid-Enterprise and Enterprise deals.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa or Thai is required to support regional clients.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Eligible to work in Singapore without restrictions.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into the eCommerce market across Southeast Asia.
  • Practical experience using AI tools in professional or personal projects.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
