What you will do

• Drive initiatives to generate sales and revenue for online channels.
• Acquire, liaise, and maintain strategic relationships with major online merchants and platforms.
• Propose and implement new recurring merchant programs to boost company top-line metrics.
• Conduct market research to create competitive sales programs based on customer demand.
• Manage the seamless integration and onboarding of new merchant partners into the ecosystem.
• Review and monitor sales performance from online merchant partners to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a Merchant Acquisition role.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical capabilities and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
