What you will do

• Acquire, liaise, and maintain long-term relationships with local merchants.
• Conduct merchant training on product knowledge, dashboards, and basic tax processes.
• Propose and drive the implementation of new and recurring merchant programs to boost top-line metrics.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop sales programs based on customer demand.
• Establish partnerships with brands, online merchants, and payment gateways in the region.
• Prepare and deliver customized presentations to potential partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 1-2 years of working experience within a financial company.
• Must hold both SIM A and C licenses and own a personal vehicle.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Analytical proficiency in sales and performance monitoring.
