Location: Jakarta, Indonesia. High degree of mobility with extended stays outside of domicile is required to launch partnerships.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end merchant acquisition pipeline from lead generation to commercial negotiations and partnership launch.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and develop trusted relationships with potential retail partners.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify competitive trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with internal Tech, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure the successful launch of new partnerships.
  • Monitor and improve profitability metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLA) for offline retail projects.
  • Oversee the collection of Account Receivables within agreed payment terms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Development Manager specifically within the smartphone and electronics retail industry.
  • A strong existing network of key decision-makers in the retail industry.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high-mobility travel requirements.
  • Proven ability to maintain strong relationships with store owners and client project teams.
