What you will do

• Acquire, liaise, and maintain long-term relationships with local merchants.
• Provide merchant training on product knowledge, dashboard usage, and basic tax processes.
• Design and drive the implementation of new and recurring merchant programs to boost top-line metrics.
• Manage promotional media communication and sales improvement initiatives with merchants.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop sales programs based on customer demand.
• Establish partnerships with brands, online merchants, and payment gateways in the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Diploma degree in any major.
• 1-2 years of working experience in a financial company.
• Must hold both SIM A and C licenses and own a personal vehicle.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• Analytical proficiency in sales and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills and a preference for an existing network of local retail merchants.
