What you will do

• Recruit third-party agents, such as used car dealers and collateral loan agencies, to act as referral channels.
• Conduct physical and digital market surveys to identify high-potential SME clusters and residential areas.
• Convert incoming inquiries and cold leads into qualified loan applications through proactive follow-ups and CRM tracking.
• Perform preliminary checks on collateral quality and applicant creditworthiness to ensure high approval rates.
• Liaise between clients and internal departments to ensure rapid loan disbursement.
• Monitor competitor interest rates and Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in car and motorcycle leasing companies with similar collateral loan products.
• Financial literacy and basic credit analysis skills for collateral loans.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards for multifinance.
• Basic collateral appraisal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TOEFL score of 500+.

Nice to have

• SPPI & APPI certification.
• Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C).
