What you will do

• Acquire, liaise, and maintain strong relationships with local merchants.
• Conduct merchant training on Indodana product knowledge, dashboards, and basic tax processes.
• Propose and drive the implementation of new and recurring merchant programs to boost top-line metrics.
• Coordinate with merchants to support promotion media placement and sales improvement.
• Analyze market updates, competitor activity, and customer demand to develop sales programs.
• Establish and manage partnerships with brands, online merchants, and payment gateways in the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from any major.
• 1-2 years of working experience in a financial company.
• Strong analytical skills in sales and performance monitoring.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• Must hold both SIM A and C licenses and own a personal vehicle.
• Excellent communication skills.
