What you will do
- Control and handle monthly reconciliation and documentation for existing clients and partners.
- Manage the AR client and AP partner insurance portfolios, including monthly client incentives.
- Coordinate with Claims, BI, and Product teams to resolve blockers and data discrepancies.
- Conduct analysis and provide insights on current products and market trends.
- Provide direct operational support to Business Development Managers.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in a Business Development or Sales Support lead role.
- Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

- Work experience in a consulting firm, insurance company, or technology company.
