What you will do
- Provide frontline technical support, including hardware troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Maintain user account integrity and workstation security in compliance with SOX, PCI, and SOC 2 standards.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring timely access provisioning and equipment management.
- Image, configure, deploy, and track employee workstations using enterprise technologies.
- Analyze support ticket trends to identify recurring issues and maintain the IT knowledge base.
- Manage physical inventory of technology assets and provide support for office relocations and company events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop computing environments.
- Working knowledge of Windows Command Line Interface (CLI) tools for system administration.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with Microsoft Office and business software.
- Must be able to work at the assigned location in Las Vegas, NV.
