Salary: $79,600 – $107,600 CAD

What you will do

• Provide global IT support and manage the full lifecycle of support tickets from submission to resolution.
• Facilitate the employee onboarding process by managing access to systems, applications, and technologies.
• Maintain hardware inventory using asset management tools and oversee procurement and vendor logistics.
• Support and configure macOS, iOS, and Windows systems across an environment with 2500+ endpoints.
• Implement security protocols and collaborate on maintaining a zero-trust environment using Okta.
• Analyze IT processes and develop documentation to automate workflows and improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support or related roles.
• Experience with MDM tools such as Kandji and InTune on macOS and Windows platforms.
• Proven ability to support IT environments with 2500+ endpoints.
• Solid working knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Windows systems.
• Hands-on experience with Okta or similar SSO platforms for identity and access management.
• Proficiency with SaaS tools including Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Adobe, 1Password, Salesforce, and GSuite.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating and managing small to medium-sized IT projects.
