Salary: $22 - $24 per hour

What you will do
- Process new user setup and termination requests across required systems.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and online tickets via the company ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with internal and third-party applications.
- Maintain the inventory system and keep detailed logs of assets.
- Manage premises access, including creating and assigning identification badges.
- Review system logs and escalate errors as necessary.
Requirements
- Must be a local candidate in Las Vegas, NV.
- On-site role, no remote work available.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT troubleshooting and support.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop OS, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of networking, user permissions (ACL), and printer troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
