Salary: $68,000 - $80,000 yearly

What you will do
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 hardware and software support for Windows and Apple-based systems.
- Install and troubleshoot specialized scientific hardware, including cameras and microscopes.
- Configure and maintain current and legacy versions of macOS and Microsoft Windows.
- Implement virtual machine software including VMware, Parallels, and VirtualBox.
- Manage support requests via ServiceNow ticketing software.
- Evaluate and recommend COTS software and hardware solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of IT experience (minimum 3 years in a clinical and scientific environment).
- Proficiency with ServiceNow Ticketing software.
- Experience creating and maintaining desktop system images.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
