Compensation: $37.16 - $68.99 per hour (approx. $77,292 - $143,499 annually)

What you will do

• Provide white-glove IT support to C-level executives and their support staff.
• Act as a Tier 2 technical escalation point for the Global IT ServiceDesk.
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of client computing hardware and software.
• Manage employee onboarding and off-boarding processes within corporate systems.
• Support video conferencing technologies, specifically Zoom and Zoom Rooms.
• Enforce corporate security standards and manage hardware/software inventory.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in the Menlo Park office.
• 5-6 years of experience in IT support, specifically within an executive support team.
• Extensive technical knowledge of macOS, Windows OS, iOS, and Android.
• Experience with Azure AD, Active Directory, Intune, Windows Autopilot, Jamf Pro, and ServiceNow.
• Strong proficiency in video conferencing tools like Zoom.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and flexibility to work outside office hours or weekends when required.
