What you will do

• Coordinate department IT needs, including purchasing, testing, and implementation.
• Configure IT systems, including workstations and applications.
• Oversee hardware and software support, upgrades, and monitor future technological needs.
• Act as a liaison between internal and external IT resources for procurement.
• Educate staff, students, and volunteers on technical protocols and standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical support or programming/systems experience in end-user computing.
• Technical training; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred.
• Microsoft Windows certification preferred.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
