What you will do

• Develop and maintain SQM governance frameworks, procedures, and quality standards.
• Plan and execute annual supplier audit programs, including process and surveillance audits.
• Manage General Quality Agreements and ensure implementation of hirify.global quality requirements.
• Standardize supplier qualification processes, performance metrics, and reporting systems.
• Drive supplier development initiatives to enhance process capability and quality maturity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and ensure global compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in supplier quality management or engineering.
• Hands-on experience in supplier audits, quality system assessments, and development activities.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3.
• Proficiency in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, and PPAP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Certification in VDA 6.3.
