What you will do
- Lead a team of mass recruiters to support growth across sales, call center, and operation teams.
- Develop and execute mass recruitment strategies and manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and prepare job offering proposals.
- Manage hiring reports, vacancy tracking, and recruitment productivity metrics.
- Collaborate with division heads to align manning levels with hiring needs.
- Partner with external headhunters and the L&D team to improve onboarding and employer branding.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in financial services operations, sales, or call centers in a managerial role.
- Strong sourcing skills with a broad network and proficiency in using social media and job boards.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Experience working with hiring targets and staying updated on recruitment trends.
- Proficiency in various selection methods, including executive assessments and psychological tests.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a relevant field.
